The Luxama Signature Hotel Package
Curated Hotel accommodations for the discerning traveler.
This package includes:
- Comprehensive hotel research, recommendations, and planning services
- Access to Virtuoso benefits at selected hotels
- Personalized consultation via video call or Loom presentation
Investment: $750 USD + 4% transaction fee
(includes up to 5 hours of planning, consultation, and coordination)
Additional services beyond the included hours are available at an exclusive client rate of $150/hour.
(Any additional hours will be communicated and approved prior to billing.)
The Luxama Signature Planning Package
This package includes:
- Comprehensive destination consultation
- Custom itinerary curation based on your unique preferences
- Personalized consultation via video call or Loom presentation
- Real-time support during travel with DMC Partners on the ground in destination
- Accommodation, transportation, and experience recommendations
- Up to 3 itinerary adjustments (any additional changes will be charged $50/ per itinerary adjustment that includes hotels, transfers, tours, etc)
- Activities, and insider access tailored to your interests
- Ongoing communication and support throughout the planning process
Investment: $1,500 USD + 4% transaction fee
(includes up to 10 hours of planning, consultation, and coordination)
Additional services beyond the included hours are available at an exclusive client rate of $150/hour.
(Any additional hours will be communicated and approved prior to billing.)

- Full restaurant and dining reservations (One reservation per day, once reservation is confirmed by client, additional changes or cancellations will be charged $50/ reservation. Additional cancellation policies vary per restaurant)

- Concierge-level communication (priority response)
- Real-time support during travel with DMC Partners on the ground in destination as well as Sarah and her team
- Personalized welcome touches and amenity coordination with hotels and partners
Investment: $3,000 USD + 4% transaction fee
(includes up to 20 hours of planning, reservation management, and trip support)
