→ Book a complimentary Discovery Call.
→ Discuss your travel ideas with Sarah and her team.
02. | Select Your Planning Experience
→ Select your preferred planning package.
→ Pay the planning package invoice.
→ Now the fun begins! You are part of the Luxama family!
03. | Confirm Your details & preferences
→Access Your Luxama Portal for seamless trip management.
→ Confirm guest details.
→ Book flights (if necessary).
→ Secure hotels.
→ Complete VIP forms (exclusively for White-Glove Clients or Luxama Elite Members).
04. | Start planning your trip
→ Build and perfect itinerary.
→ Confirm bookings with a deposit.
→ Start packing!
05. | Pre-Travel FINAL TOUCHES
→ Pay remaining itinerary balance (due 30 days before departure).
→ One week before departure, we will introduce you to your destination partner who will support you during travel.
→ IT’S VACATION TIME, BABY!
06. | Post-travel Debrief
→ Return home recharged.
→ Complete our Feedback Form and/or schedule a Post-Trip Chat to talk about your experience!
