SERVICES

Luxama Travel provides travel planning services, including itineraries with organized services such as transfers, experiences, accommodations, and other travel arrangements through third-party Suppliers. All travel services are subject to availability and Supplier terms.

USE OF LUXAMA TRAVEL SERVICES, ACCESS, AND INFORMATION FOR TRAVEL BOOKINGS

By engaging with Luxama Travel, users confirm that they are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into agreements and make travel bookings. Users are responsible for all bookings made on their behalf or for their travel companions. All information provided must be accurate and truthful. Speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations are prohibited.

Luxama Travel acts as a booking agent for travel Suppliers. The terms and conditions of each Supplier apply to reservations and travel-related purchases. Luxama Travel is not responsible for independent travel arrangements made outside of its services.

Users who arrange their own flights are responsible for any cancellations, changes, or delays. Loyalty points or rewards from airlines or hotels may not be earned or redeemed for bookings made through Luxama Travel.

RIGHT TO CORRECT ERRORS AND OFFERS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

Luxama Travel reserves the right to correct errors in pricing or other information. All offers, incentives, and Supplier promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice. It is recommended to confirm reservations well in advance of travel dates.

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

Users are responsible for all charges, fees, duties, and taxes arising from travel bookings. By submitting a payment authorization, users permit Luxama Travel to purchase travel products from Suppliers on their behalf. Charges related to bookings through Luxama Travel are non-disputable except in cases of fraud.

Final payments are due in accordance with Supplier terms. Failure to meet payment deadlines or adhere to Supplier conditions may result in cancellations or forfeiture of funds. Refunds are not guaranteed, especially for changes or cancellations made after confirmation. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to Supplier and Luxama Travel penalties.

Changes to bookings may incur additional fees imposed by Suppliers and/or Luxama Travel. Certain arrangements may be non-changeable. All change requests must be made in writing.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, IDENTIFICATION, AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Users are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required identification. Passports must typically be valid for at least six months beyond travel dates. Luxama Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to documentation issues.

Users must review all travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and notify Luxama Travel of any errors within 24 hours. Failure to report errors within this timeframe absolves Luxama Travel of liability.

DESIGN FEE

The design fee paid to Luxama Travel is non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations initiated by the user, unforeseen events, force majeure, or any other reason outside Luxama Travel’s control.

The design fee compensates Luxama Travel for the time, expertise, and resources invested in creating a personalized itinerary, regardless of whether the trip is completed or canceled.

IMMUNIZATIONS AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with health and vaccination requirements for their destination. Luxama Travel does not assume responsibility for health-related travel restrictions or requirements.

RISKS AND SAFETY

Travel involves inherent risks, and some destinations may pose greater risks than others. Users are encouraged to stay informed about travel advisories and safety conditions through official resources such as the U.S. Department of State, TSA, and CDC websites. By booking with Luxama Travel, users acknowledge and accept these risks at their own discretion.

LIMITATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLOSURE

Luxama Travel acts solely as an agent for Suppliers and does not control their operations. Luxama Travel is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other losses arising from Supplier services. Liability for any act, error, omission, or event rests solely with the Supplier.

Luxama Travel’s liability is limited to the amount of commission or fees received for the booking. Luxama Travel is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

FORCE MAJEURE

Luxama Travel is not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or Supplier insolvency. Suppliers may alter or cancel itineraries under such circumstances, and refunds are at the discretion of the Supplier.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Luxama Travel strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect travel investments. Travel insurance is not included in bookings unless specified. Luxama Travel is not a licensed insurance broker and cannot guarantee coverage or approval of claims.

CLIENT CONDUCT

Users agree to conduct themselves responsibly during travel and adhere to all Supplier rules and guidelines. Luxama Travel reserves the right to terminate services or remove travelers who jeopardize the safety or enjoyment of others. Users are liable for any damages caused during their travel.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes must be brought exclusively in Boston, Massachusetts, and within 12 months of trip completion. Class action waivers apply.

Luxama Travel reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with the latest version available on the website.

PRICING POLICY

Luxama Travel follows an industry-standard one-price format and does not provide itemized itineraries due to exclusive contracts with partners in Italy and other European countries. This approach ensures access to high-quality services at competitive rates.

By booking travel through Luxama Travel, LLC, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
